GENERAL

Processing time: 1 - 4 weeks*
If pre-order product: 2months max*
France shipping (La Poste): 1 - 2 weeks*
International shipping: 2 - 8 weeks*

★ PRE-ORDERS

For pre-order items, your whole order will be shipped together once we have everything in stock. Check our Arueme Pre-order's trello for status updates.

Since it is convention season, it is possible that your items may sell out at a convention. In this case, we will reach out through email to discuss replacements/refunds or you will have to wait for a new restock by checking again Trello!

★ TRACKING

All packages will be shipped tracked. Check https://www.laposte.fr/outils/track-a-parcel, put tracking number and you will be able to check status updates of your shipping.
Once the package is handed over to the post office, we no longer have any control over it. Arueme is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping. However, please don’t hesitate to reach out through email ([email protected]) within two week of delivery if there is a problem with your purchase! We will do our best to find a fair solution. 

To resume:

• If you ever encounter a problem during delivery (example: error in the address provided, cancellation of your order), unfortunately we cannot do anything and you must wait to receive it or to come back to us.
• On the other hand, it is possible that sometimes the post office does not scan the letter which causes a tracking problem. Don't worry if the tracking remained where it started, your letter will be delivered correctly.
• If your country is not on the list where our delivery man can deliver and as a result, we are unable to send you your order, you will be refunded.

Please note that we will not be collecting nor remitting VAT. You will be responsible for paying any fee owed to your customs office to retrieve your package.
