CONDITION GENERAL​

• All rights reserved.
• You are not allowed to claim or credit our art as your own.

PAYMENT

• Prices are in EUR or currency allowed on our shop Bigcartel. 
• Payment must be paid in full to start your order.
• If you do not complete the payment, no shipment will be made.

REFUNDS​

• 100% refunded if for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order.
• No refunds if your order has already been sent. 
• No refunds if you provide us with an incorrect address.

GENERAL DEADLINE​

Processing time: 1 - 4 weeks*
If pre-order product: 2 months max*
France shipping (La Poste): 1 - 2 weeks*
International shipping: 2 - 8 weeks*

REVISIONS​ OR CANCELLING

• If your order has not yet been sent, it is still possible to modify the products. Cancellation is more complicated and additional fees can be applied.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ​

• You can’t resell our merch at the same price or more than us. 

USAGE​

• For all our drawings (essay, sketch, line, color) that we post on our social media, we do not accept a third party completes, finishes or modifies our work or even feed any Artificial Intelligence (AI).
